Leumann Village, the company town of the "Cotonificio Leumann" was built between the end of the 800s and the beginnings of the 900s.
It's the residential area Joined to the cotton mill founded in 1875. In Collegno there was the necessity to concentrate the available labor force. For this reason was reorganized the territory in favor of production. It's a unbelievable industrial archeology 's document.
Since 1997 the Leumann Village belongs to the province of Turin's network of eco-museum (Material, Culture, Project)
