Amedeo Ferdinando Maria di Savoia fu il primo duca d'Aosta. Figlio del re d'Italia Vittorio Emanuele II fu re di Spagna (col nome di Amedeo I di Spagna) dal 2 gennaio 1871 al 11 febbraio 1873. Fu capostipite del ramo Aosta della famiglia Savoia. (Wikipedia)
